I think so, I mean if I wanted to flirt and have people attracted to me, I would use a "sexier" photo of myself. If I wanted friends I would use a photo without my tits hanging out and properly facing the camera. I understand that being upside down makes people appear thinner and can show off assets better but people who just want friends would just use a plain old picture.
