Woman has bachelorette party and tells BF she'll be home by midnight. Stops responding to his texts and doesn't come home until 6am. Doesn't apologize when she gets home and just goes to work. Man posts on

wondering if this is normal. They tell him he's overreacting.

She went to a party, had a good time and stayed late. 100% normal. Never had fun at a party?
Except she was 6 hours late and didn't bother telling her future husband she wouldn't' be coming home. It shows no respect for him but that doesn't matter right?
I know a lot of people disagree with me, but I actually think it's really important for the bride and groom to stay the hell out of each other's parties. The entire point of the party is that it's a last night where you don't have to answer to anyone.
That's fine except she didn't bother telling him she wouldn't be coming home and he was worried.
I'm getting a bit of a controlling vibe from you... are you uncomfortable with her going out without you? Drinking?
Oh for fuck's sake. Can you imagine the outrage if a
woman
posted about her fiancee staying out all night with his friends and he didn't bother calling her and letting her know?
They'd be telling her that he's inconsiderate. That he doesn't care about her or respect her. Pre-marriage counseling. But this woman stays out all night, doesn't apologize to her future husband and he's the one being controlling?
Eventually this guy admits he's wrong because he never had a bachelor party (which I'm sure his fiancee had nothing to do with this)
Sorry guys i guess i was just over thinking all of this and being too controlling about it. Paranoia getting to me.
Pathetic. Her reaction afterwards speaks volumes:
around 6 something she finally showed up and went to bed and didnt say anything. She just left to work just now. Is this normal?
Definitely sketchy. But even if nothing happened, the way she acted about the situation shows she has zero respect for her future husband.
