Ask your local socialists how they feel about what Bane did to Gotham in The Dark Knight Rises. No, seriously. Rewatch the movie, put yourself in the shoes of the average citizen, and answer the following:
- What would you eat, and how would you get it?
- Where would you sleep?
- How would you stay warm in the winter?
- What would you do with your day?
- Would you want to live there?
I would hope most “socialists” won’t be able to answer them with a straight face or a clean conscience. But if they are calling themselves a socialist, their brain cell is probably too lonely to understand the meaning of “hypocrisy”.

Well seeing as how nobody killed all the workers that butcher the animals, pick the vegetables, stock the grocery stores, wait tables, cook food, or haul in more supplies in their trucks we would still be able to eat because the workers did it.

What would I do with my day? Whatever the fuck we desire! Finally pursue our fucking hobbies, our dreams. Infinite leisure time. I mean, some necessary duties will still have to be performed like trash clean up and maintenance along with various other tasks but between all the millions of proles in Gotham I’m sure we could share the workload evenly enough that no one would need to work any longer than 4 hours at the most because there’s no more capitalists around to keep the reserve army of labor (that’s the unemployed for all you kiddies listening back home) out of work they could help share the workload. Plus, raiding Waynecorp I’m sure would lead to us finding some badass robotics we could use to automate quite a few jobs that could be automated, freeing up even more time for ourselves. We’d lead significantly less miserable lives seeing as how we’re not breaking our backs to make someone else rich anymore.
