Incorrect. Zacarias Moussaoui was the 20th hijacker on September 11th. He was arrested before he could participate in the attack. The other 19 were killed in the attack.

Moussaoui plead guilty in federal court to conspiring to kill citizens of the United States as part of the September 11 attacks. As a result of his conviction, he is serving 6 life sentences without parole at the Federal ADX Supermax prison in Florence, Colorado.

The man being released Abdul Rahman Shalabi is believed to be a former bodyguard for Osama Bin Laden.
