Serious financial companies tend to charge fees to offset their expenses, such as hiring competent people.

Otherwise customer's money might be taken by people who know about the site: magic word in Google.

My point is: Competent people cost money. Without competent people, you get SFYL'd. So a financial service company charging fees is good.
