[[tmz:video id="0_lzxrn051"]] Azealia Banks went insane on a flight from New York to LAX Monday night, calling the flight attendant a "f***ing f***ot" ... and it's all on video. A passenger sitting next to Banks tells TMZ, when the Delta flight landed just before 1 AM Tuesday, Azealia made a beeline for the front door. She had been sitting in seat 6A but a French couple in the 3rd row was blocking her exit as they pulled their luggage from the overhead bin. The eyewitness says Azealia tried to squeeze by the couple when the French man put his hand out. Azealia, we're told, went nuts. The eyewitness says she spit in the man's face, punched him in the face and clawed at his shirt. At that point we're told the flight attendant grabbed Azeala's bag and told her to calm down. She lost her balance, fell to the seat, stood up and then a tug-of-war over the luggage ensued. This is where the video begins. Azealia demands to take her bag and leave, and eventually calls the flight attendant a "f***ing f***ot" -- a homophobic slur. We're told the co-pilot came out and told Azealia the police were called. She then ran off the plane, dropping her cell phone. Police caught up with Azealia at baggage claim and spoke with witnesses as well, but the French couple decided not to press charges because they were here on holiday and didn't want the hassle. We made calls to Azealia's rep .. so far no word back.

Rihanna is "hot" because she's "not too dark" ... and that's what a guy claims was said in the firm that manages the singer's finances. A fired employee claims the firm -- Flynn Family Office (FFO) had a sexist culture and comments were allegedly hurled that were racist. The fired employee claims one of the company's partners would say things like an assistant "lost points in [his] eyes because she was too dark." FFO -- which also reps Kelly Ripa, designer Tory Burch and Katie Holmes -- also allegedly tolerated discussions about sex tourism and the relative "hotness" of Asian women. And the suit claims there was loose talk about women, including comments such as a worker having an "ass of steel." FFO is scoffing at the wrongful termination lawsuit, saying, "The complaint filed today is without merit, and we intend to defend vigorously against these baseless claims."

Dunn and a couple of male friends were cruising out of Loulou's nightclub Monday night, and it appears a photog pissed off one of her pals. It's unclear exactly what started the fight, but check out the video -- it is crystal clear what ended it. Let's just say, Jourdan doesn't need any bodyguards with friends like this.

Kylie Jenner dropped major stacks to have her favorite fancy Bev Hills restaurant come to her, just because she caught a case of the lazy Sundays. Kylie was craving Philippe Chow -- the uber popular Chinese restaurant -- but didn't feel like trekking 45 minutes from her Calabasas pad, especially not on Sunday Funday. So instead, she opted for take-out ... the ultra rich way.  We're told KJ dropped $5k to have Philippe Chow send a private chef to feed 5-10 friends. Nothing too fancy on the menu -- fried rice and chicken and shrimp satay. Normies ordering at the restaurant only drop about $10.95 for fried rice, and $15.95 for the satay ... so $5,000 = leftovers! Someone's really getting used to having money to burn ... or sautée. 

A second millionaire on "The Millionaire Matchmaker" in less than 2 months has been charged with brutalizing a woman ... and the latest one was so bad, the guy was arrested for attempted murder. John Bonavia was featured on 'Millionaire Matchmaker' on March 20, 2014. According to the show, he's a financial adviser and worth $1 million. On Sept. 12th, the Beverly Hills Police Dept. got a call from Bonavia's neighbor, who was alarmed after hearing screaming and pounding coming from Bonavia's house.    Law enforcement tells us, when cops arrived and knocked, Bonavia was uncooperative, so they forced their way in and found Bonavia and a woman, whose face was battered and bloody. The woman was in bad enough shape that cops arrested Bonavia for attempted murder. The D.A. later charged him with felony injury on a cohabitant. He was also charged with making criminal threats. And this isn't Bonavia's first brush with the law. In May 2014, another girlfriend accused him of hitting her with his fists and choking her. And earlier this month, another millionaire from 'Millionaire Matchmaker' was charged with forcible rape, rape by use of drugs, forcible oral copulation, sexual penetration by a foreign object and attempted sodomy by use of force, and 2 counts of administering drugs to commit rape.  [[tmz:video id="0_nlbbyjxk"]]

Black Keys guitarist Dan Auerbach and Jen Goodall said "I do" ... and they made all their reception employees swear "I won't" bad-mouth the bride, the groom or anything about their big day. Dan and Jen tied the knot Saturday at his home in Nashville, and made everyone working the ceremony sign a confidentiality agreement ... which is not uncommon for a celeb wedding.  However, this contract wasn't about protecting details like the gown designer or the menu -- it was all about blocking trash talk. We're told anyone who does say a nasty word about Dan or Jen will be dragged to court. Kudos to the newlyweds, and we hear the chicken was delish.  

Ron White's former assistant says he's no embezzler, because everything he spent on White's dime was with the comedian's approval. Brendan Vaughn insists White gave him carte blanche to write checks totaling thousands of dollars. White begs to differ ... claiming Vaughn bought clothes, paid for hotel rooms and racked up credit card bills on his dime. Vaughn insists White and his wife knew he was buying all the stuff and never complained, including White's business manager who keeps track of all the bills. And Vaughn says, all of the charges were work-related, and the hotel and clothing charges were purchased for events he attended with the Whites. Cops are investigating.

Doug Jones is known for lathering on the latex and playing the creepy characters in some seriously spooky movies including playing Billy Butcherson in the 1993 family fright-film "Hocus Pocus." Guess what he looks like now!

Do NOT trust your eyes ... this IS Kylie Jenner going deep, DEEP undercover on Monday without a lick of makeup, and what appears to be her real hair. KJ was out car shopping ('cause one Ferrari's never enough) in Calabasas, and what an incredible difference a few days makes! The pic on the right is Kylie at NY Fashion Week.  The 18-year-old is now the reigning popularity queen in the fam, but we can't recall her rocking such a natural look in public since her pre-teen days. Nice to know Tyga's GF can still look like she's 18 every now and then. Although we doubt he sees it that way.

John Mayer's ex-manager plotted to jack "American Idol" champ Phillip Phillips out from under his contract with the show -- according to a new lawsuit, but the bigger news is Phil is a freakin' millionaire! In the suit ... 19 Entertainment, the management company for all 'Idol' singers, claims Michael McDonald (not the singer or the actor) gave Phillips the opening act gig on a John Mayer tour back in 2013, and spent that time cozying up to him. McDonald has a management company called Mick Management -- and in the docs, 19 Ent. says McDonald lured Phillips to sign ... partially out of desperation because founding client Mayer was bailing.  Cut to December 2014 ... when Phillips informed 'Idol' he wanted out of his contract, presumably to jump ship to Mick Management.  19 Ent. isn't giving up its cash cow without a fight, because while some people think Phillips has been a commercial failure -- 19 Ent. points out he reportedly netted about $5 million in 2013 and even more in 2014. And that's for a guy who's only had one major hit and one moderate hit!  Bottom line, Phil's 'Idol' overlords want at least $4 million from McDonald for poaching their guy.
