Who the hell with a scientific intention would try to prove a negative?

These drugs or something made you extremely misguided.

You're blinded by Scientism. Almost as bad as organized religion.

Hey buddy apples and oranges (scientism? Really? God, please don't tell me that's a word), but if you got a better way of doing things then the scientific methods, let us know the first chance you get. We'll get you on speed dial.

If "scientism" (just call it science, no need to make a new word for something) is bad, then tell me...

Where did the computer you are typing on come from?

Also, why are you down voting me? I don't think I broke any rules. It couldn't be because I disagree with you, could it?

I didn't downvote you, man. Yeah, try taking ayahuasca or smoking DMT properly sometime. Science isn't the only means to the truth; there's also direct experience. Peace.

So you are telling me somebody has been snooping around this 4-5 day old comment chain just to down vote my comment?

You also avoided the rest of my comment.

Anyways. Since you won't respond to the rest of my comment and instead encourage me to do drugs, I'll ask you to read this, regarding you shouldn't try to prove a negative.

Get over your worship of science dude; it's blocking you from having an open mind and seeking the truth. No, I'm not lying about having these experiences, and neither are the countless thousands of other people. No, there's Ni way we can "prove" this to you. You decide whether you're open-minded or not.

You have a nice day.

Assuming you use the energy, check him out.

Anyways. I have a great love for science, yes, and the ironic and great thing about science is, science encourages no bias. I do not worship science. I bow before no scientist. I kneels before nothing unproven, owe allegiance to no bias. heh

So tell me. Found anything better then the scientific method?

The scientific method is great and has its place, but we're talking about an experiential phenomenon, one that I have a ton if experience with and knowledge about through research. Science isn't the one and only means to information and the truth. In "The Cosmic Serpent" Jeremy Narby shows how shamans discovered DNA long before western scientists ever did. Shamanism is fascinating. Through my own experiences with DMT and mushrooms I've had direct experiences with other intelligences and realms, stuff that's far beyond words and entirely real. Lots of other people have had these experiences as well, and have written about them and produced art related to them. If you're someone who's genuinely interested in the truth, you should be able to look at the situation and surmise that there's something very interesting going on. Maybe we're all not lying.

Right, and the bible is really just about aliens. That is confirmation bias. Also, I still don't see why the scientific method can't be applied here. Also you attempt to explain with magic when there is a exstensive scientific knowledge on just this?

Yeah, for some reason I'm not convinced. Neither is the scientific community. Seriously, you are clueless on what is happening. It's not a magic potion, it's chemical manipulating your head.

No, you've just never had the experience and you're closed-minded, which is a shame. Why would countless thousands of people lie about something so intense as this? Why would two formal studies have shown that the majority of people who take these things have trandimensional experiences? Because they really happen! I've had the experiences over and over; in fact I dedicated a lot of my life to it. I'm the furthest thing from a liar, and, honestly, fuck you for suggesting that I am. If you're actually a half-decent person- which maybe you're not, but if you are- take a step back and consider having an open mind.
