i got this followig scenario please tell me what you think: i like to hunt and it would be amazing to sometimes get to hunt a human. and like we could have a contract. so no person would probably go: okay, i want to get hunted. but, i could like lend that person money and say if you cant repay i can hunt you. and probably the market would set interest very low because few people want to get hunted. anyway. that person cant repay and so i should be free to hunt that person right? now: i must of course go after that person and they will of course hide behind the prooperty that is left to them. can i like kick in his door? i mean its an violation of his property rights but hes going to be dead soon anyway right?

why? i mean im free to carry a gun and i should be free to use it if im like destroying a wall that is the property of some guy. so as long as i only shoot the guy i should be okay. however if they hide in their flat what then? like id maybe illegitimately kick iin his door and legitiamtely kill him so but the first would be irrelevant since hes dead then. is it not? i mean even if in the moments before i shoot him he reports this incident than still thered be none i could pay reparations too?

the provisions would be in violation of what any sane court system would consider legal, and without a court to uphold the terms of the contract it just becomes you killing someone you claim owes you money, which would be frowned upon.

oh of course you are. but what is a contract other than a piece of paper with words on it when not backed by some kind of legal system.

thats like saying communism is free because you can do whatever you want but i mean the legal system is different from what you want so you might be forced to pay for public schools

if two consenting adults cant have a free contract thats socialism
