I'll quickly explain your down votes. You're crapping on a very popular actor, and two very popular franchises.

But now I have to ask, why do you think he was the worst adult actor in the Harry Potter series? Tennant is a fantastic actor, and he will more than likely be great as Purple Man.

I'd strongly recommend downloading the 2009 BBC/RSC Hamlet production he did (opposite Patrick Stewart as Claudius).

That entire movie was horseshit. Goblet of Fire is by far the worse of the movies, it's not Tennant's fault that there was not subtlety in his performance: it's because that entire movie had no subtlety.

I thought both Ron and Harry were laughably bad in that one, despite being fine in the others. The movie was just directed poorly. Which is too bad, since it was one of the more cinematically written books.

Well I said earlier adult actors, simply because yeah, the kids are often bad for the first half of the series, though I thought Ron was fantastic in all the films. Easily the best of the kid actors, really nailed the comic aspects of his character. His expressions are top notch.
