There are only nine numbers. 123456789 There's no such thing as zero. That's only a placeholder for convenience in keeping track of larger quantities. There are no fractions or decimal numbers. These are simply creative abstractions. Imaginary things. You can say that fractions exists because we imagine them to. But they do not have any place in our universe. They are like rules you make up to play a game. Outside the game they have no meaning.

You simply can't subject something to fractionation and call it the same thing. You can't cut an apple in half and say "half an apple". It's not the same thing anymore.

Numbers are qualitative not quantitative. That's the biggest mistake in understanding numbers. Thinking numbers are used for tracking quantity. When in fact numbers each have their own qualities. All 9 of them are unique in quality. Why wouldn't someone not want us to understand numbers? Maybe because there is power to be found in numbers. Certain combinations perhaps? Hmm.....
