OP of the post deleted it, so I'll repost it here, because I think it's good drama:

It seems he got fed with their frequent complains and bug reporting from thedailywtf.com users.

This is the last straw that triggered it all screenshot taken by tdwtf user

This is the thread on TDWTF with lots of users reporting being banned in a quick sequence.

And there was this: I got banned from Meta.d, and I haven't even posted there in months...

Mentioning any of this in http://meta.discourse.org has the same effect as saying Murica F* Yeah! in r/pyongyang

And Meta SO always wonders why everybody that doesn't act like people are robots (inb4 "what is empathy beep boop") hate them for elitism.

This is my problem with getting into the community there. It's just way too much of this same crap, and Jeff always pisses people off by making unilateral decisions just because he thinks there is a good purpose for not being able to undo votes on comments, which has no effect on score or overall outcome.

Anyway, my bitchy rants about SO outside, as it is a good resource, but there's just something about the overall system of Discourse that I really, really don't like.

I can't exactly put my finger on it, and maybe it's cause I'm used to a traditional paginated layout, within contexts of forums (i.e. not subthreaded like reddit), or that it uses about as much real estate as a monitor from the 90s. Or, dismockracy. Either way, I don't like it, and it's not because of my ability to function socially.
