Edit: I honestly do not understand how you could choose Hitler over Stalin to rule your country. Hitler was not only a racist that created the largest genocide in history, he was mentally unstable and could not handle any failures in the military. Stalin was the opposite as Hitler, absolutely terrible at a personal level, but he listened to his military leaders before taking action. They both killed millions but overall Stalin was a better leader.
