The ones that go from community to communtiy are the "music man" so to speak. they're there to tell you all about the trouble you didn't realize was in River City and bilk you out of your cash. the cult leaders who don't buy their own BS but know where the patreonbux are. I honestly don't believe Anita buys what shes selling, she just learned from selling "teleseminars". theres three kinds of people in those types of scams, the ones who get out, the ones who buy into it, and the ones who figure it out and turn in into their own scam. Just watch out for those poolhalls, soon the kids will be wearing their knickerbockers to their knees.

"cult" can be a bit strong of a term, but if you really look into the behavior you can see the similarites, the exclusionary behavior, the reassuring charismatic leaders, the "listen and believe". If you are not familiar with it, i would also say to look into the Fredrick Wertham stuff, the "satanic panic", or event the PMRC for other examples of the types of behavior displayed by the "social justice" crowd.

Yar, I agree that few, if any at the top buy the shit they're selling. I should have spent more time refining the OP. I went through it a few times for clean-up, but mainly just wanted to start a discussion with people because after reading the recent articles from our side it seems like if we continue down this road, we may end up with more collateral damage than was necessary. It doesn't mean the articles themselves weren't necessary, I'm just wondering if a year being attacked relentlessly hasn't hardened people so much that they don't recognize that not everyone on the other side is an enemy to destroy. Perhaps they might even be co-opted if we can convince them that the bullshit they've been dining on is exactly what it is, bullshit, and that it's okay that professional tricksters were able to pull one over on them. That they're not bad people, or even wrong. Some of them simply want equality for everyone and were fooled into thinking there is this huge problem in the gaming industry and that their fellow gamers hate everyone who isn't a certain race, sex, sexuality, model car, etc

I can understand that not everyone is a target, but the cult leaders and music men definitely are.

Of course. The fear mongers, the charlatans, the mob inciters, and the brain washers must all answer for their crimes in this, and every other community whose pillaging they've been profiting from should be held accountable and brought to justice where any law has been violated.

Edit, forgot the last part, lol.

Of course, but this is just one guys opinion. Everyone here is free to agree, disagree, or even half agree. Thats one of our upsides. We allow dissent.

Agreed, and it's the main reason I am here. If this outfit were run like the other side, I would probably be trolling both sides for lulz instead of making an earnest effort to participate. There's another casualty of the last decade, the meaning of "troll" has been lost. Such a shame that I have to elaborate by saying that I don't troll with death threats or ridiculous comments involving racism, sexism or any other kind of ism. lol

I'm in a couple of groups where trolling with fact is a common tactic of mine, and the admins there love it. They kind of use me as a coal mine canary. if i show up, people need to get the boot and threads need to get deleted. :)
