i know that people would use logic, but what i'm doing is fully connecting myself with water, i can move water at the grocery store like a wave, and i can set a paper on water, i can't control it cause i'm still only a beginner it's hard for me still, also the negative attitude from people makes it even harder, it requires focus and a clear mind, i've been meditating for a while, what it does to you is that once you feel and once you make that connection you feel the element inside, whatever you're visualizing gets real that's why i was able to move the water, when you start thinking logically it all stops, like if i keep saying this is impossible, like logic is a thought that turns it off. people have little to no spirit/energy flowing inside them that's why they think it's impossible, once you have fully control it, you can see the aura which tells people exactly for their nature, you can see the connection with your mind's eye. when i said that i made my body stronger i was not joking i was focusing all my spirit to one area, and your heart starts beating fast and your hand becomes way much stronger almost like a steel and i felt nothing while hitting, but i'm still new so it's still hard, and i don't think that i should do it cause i think i'll just destroy myself or kill myself. so it's real and what you know is a part of what's real, science isn't ahead it's actually behind. cause what they do is just confusing themselves and making everything harder, when it's really all in your mind.
