no, really, I was part of an assault charge on me. They really do just get a slap on the wrist. It's this crazy law that says, that kids get their first one for 'free'.

To tell you a little bit more about my exeriene with this BS... this kid, he lived in my house. The mom and me went out to eat, and the 16 year old was obviously stomping around, upset about 'something'. We left him there. When we came back, my house looked like it has a bomb go off in it. Holes punched in the walls, furniture turned over, papers everywhere.

I went upstairs to find out just WTF was going on with this POS 16 year old. He lunged at me, and I hit him, giving him a sleepy time. When he got up, he came at me again.... But that time, the neighbors were all around. Cops came, took him to 'juvie'. He spent all of 3 hours there. Went through the courses, didn't go but 5 days out of the school year, failed every single drug test... and yet... today, it got removed from his record.

You want to get me started on how F-ed up the system is with these kids? Look at me. The system.. despite this kid constantly fucking up, for 6 months, still got a "well, he tried, so we'll let him off".
