First visualize a private place you're fond of where you spend time alone.

Then add-depth in this in thought by visualizing every corner and perspective - so that you get a higher visual memory of the place.

After, revert to the original scene. Now place yourself in this place, and, again, add-depth, but this time in the form of your own thought, "What do others think of me?".

Repeat the last part a few times until you get a stable image in your head and then report back to me with that image.
