    I think it's more of just a response to those who say that women cause sexual harassment/assault by how they dress. Some people blame them because of how they dressed ("You were raped? What were you wearing?" or "You can't wear that in school because guys won't be able to get anything done"). The thing is, no one ever has a sentiment like that when it comes to how women dress around lesbians. So, if that logic is true, then it's men's fault. That doesn't mean that it's actually men's fault- just that it's what would be the case if people saying that women bring it on themselves by how they dress.
