Casey Anthony needs her own bat signal.

That video is more than 5 years old. The kid is likely dead or in jail by now.

I'm sorry but i would be the guy that would just push the kid over and make the kid cry so he could stop fucking with everyone.

Actually im pretty sure you and everyone else is the guy that thinks about it but then realizes how much trouble the could potentially get in. So then just internalizes their frustration.

Exactly. I'm sure everyone wanted to step in but didn't want to end up tangling a 300 pound version of that kid.

Once the father got out of prison he'd shoot you!

I was thinking more like paying a ~12yo a couple bucks to beat the shit out of the little brat i'm a horrible person

"Psst! Kid! I'll give you 500 tickets if you go push over the kid running around on the ski-ball machines! If he cries I'll throw in a slice of pizza!"

You think that kid would give a fuck if you pushed him?

That kid has a bright future untill the police shoot him and his mom says he was a good kid.

And calls the police racist because they shot a black person.

It amazes me how a significant amount of Americans seem to think it's relevant whether the victim of a police shooting was a "bad kid" or a "good kid", as if the police had more right to kill an unarmed person if he was generally considered a "bad kid". When normal people go on trial for murder, you don't see the defense talk about how the victim used to shoplift. But when police murder someone, it's all of a sudden relevant as some sort of excuse that makes it less wrong.

Well it is gonna come up because if people start to claim the kid was good and he shoplifted and whatever then he really wasn't not that it makes it OK

Sucks you were downvoted. When the video of the guy who was stopped for making eye contact with police went viral, some blogs posted up his personal information including that he had a prior record for marijuana possession.

It is relevant, because the facts of those cases are generally in dispute. It's not a simple matter of if the suspect was armed or not. An unarmed man can still kill you, or take your weapon and then kill you.

No, the police shooting him will be the bright point of his future.

I didn't expect the racism this early in the thread.

I don't get it, reference?

It's the supposed killer of a game Five nights at freddy's. I was saying it was kids like that one that made him do it. It was a dark refrence.

Ahh, never played. :)

Whats really sad is there is almost no chance of that child growing up to be a productive member of society.

I was actually just like this kid when I was very young. If my parents weren't around me long enough I'd go GTA and start fucking with everything just like this kid. This video actually reminds me of how I used to think when I was that age. One time I took a solid plastic toy lightsaber and smashed the side view mirrors of 40~ cars in a parking lot one afternoon when I was 5-6 just because it was a captivating and interesting thing to do from my perspective.

I'm now a normal compassionate person with a well rounded outlook on life and a stable career.

For people that dont realize, regardless of what that kid is doing, if you touch him and the parent wants to go batshit crazy you can get in trouble.

Thats the world we live in today. You touch a kid thats not your kid and you will get in trouble. A friend of mine works in a preschool and she was telling me that even if a kid is savagely attacking another, you just have to stand back and watch because the risk of intervening and potentially leaving a mark on them is too great.

[–]Niomed 7

Yeah fuck that, if another kid is in danger I'd come between them. Otherwise the other kid's parents will be suing your ass for not protecting it. Lesser of two evils right there.

People lose their jobs all the time for stuff like that.

My friend was telling me that during her training they told them a story about a teacher pulling a child that had ran into the road back onto the pavement. She left marks on the childs arm and she lost her job.

Its a sick world we live in now.

We need a law that ends this bullshit. A mark on the arm isn't child abuse.

My parents own a preschool/daycare. I can tell you 100% certainty that you are wrong. It's actually opposite. If another student is physically harmed or a student harms themselves the adult is responsible. That said, appropriate action must be taken and within reason/proportionate to the situation.

In these situations the state licensing entity would get involved to judge the scenario, unless it is escalated as a criminal matter.

[–]ffffff_and_nerdy 1ポイント2ポイント  (0子コメント)

I am going to go out on a limb here and say this is one of those things that probably varies wildly depending on jurisdiction.

I'm a preschool teacher and that's not generally true. Maybe for your friend's school but where I work safety is number one if one child is getting hurt you have protect them. I would be the one getting trouble if I let that happen. It's also not difficult to stop a child for beating another kid without hurting them. You just pick them up, let them hurt you not the kid.

This is in the UK but I dont know the law either.

It was just my friend telling me what she was told at training. For all I know it might not have anything to do with the actual law in the UK, but maybe just the way a company has decided to train their employees regarding these types of situations.

That is interesting, what that tells me is that someone there may have accidentally hurt a child trying to prevent something and it caused a lawsuit or something. Thanks for sharing!

I don't see what all the fuss is about. Just let the kid stand on the Skiball tables. He's clearly trying to spread to word of Jesus Christ.

Fetal Flakka Syndrome?

I would slap him so hard he'd hit the ground.

I think that's actually what should have happened but they would have gone to jail.

The best thing would have been to call the cops and leave the restaurant. Talking with the guarding probably would have resulted in a scene.

The only winning move is to not play at all.

Now this is entertainment.

I can't believe no one has asked about the lost skeet balls. There are victims here.

At first my the thumnail I was like "what's so bad hoping on the lane and putting the balls in the pockets, that's not that bad I did that" then I saw the video... Holy shit.

Mutant gone bad. Terminate immediately.

"yo this this is crazy" when a young child is acting up that hasn't been taught the norms of society is doing what a young human is programmed to do. Everyone around him is shocked because he isn't behaving as they are; trained to pay to play games in fashion without the need of interacting with the tens or hundreds of people around them.

Ultimately, this kid is acting out of impulse and has not taught how society operates. It is somewhat strange how "crazy" means uncivilized and it is expected for everyone to know the norms of society. Not that this is an excuse for the parents of this kid for being a dick, just something to acknowledge.

I wonder if the uploader of this clip would have pointed out the kid's race if it was a white one.
