#InRealLife :). Introverts and extroverts feel right at home at our Tech Socials. Everyone’s friendly, chill, and down-to-earth (strict no-douchebag policy). You won’t feel like you have to impress anyone (whew!), so you’ll actually have real conversations and make new friends.

HackerNest is an international nonprofit run by a team hell-bent on uniting tech communities. We produce unpretentious Tech Socials around the world, large, meaningful, universally acclaimed cause-hackathons, and other tech-community uniting projects to improve humanity, technological advancement, and overall economic prosperity.
Tech Socials are powered by passionate volunteers. In our 21+ cities, Splinter Cells are run by City Organizers – a neat bunch of chill, down-to-earth nerds who believe that supportive tech communities should exist everywhere, not just in hotspots like San Francisco and New York — The last 205 HackerNest Tech Socials have been relaxed and introvert-friendly, and the next ones will be too. You should come; it’ll be fun! We Promise.
Do you also believe in cohesive communities powering economic development? Want tech proliferation in cities that need community and more opportunities to flourish? Volunteer support is imperative to keeping Tech Socials alive! Check here to see where you can help.
This should list all the events HackerNest hosts. Find the one right for you (there definitely is one!). You can also go to each group’s local page for more granular information. If it still is buggy, blame the internets. THE INTERNETS. Failing that, hit the local meetup group your splinter cell uses.
