A woman getting raped by a man. There's nothing physically harmful there; it's just unwanted sex. The mental harm it may cause is wholly a result of a culturally instilled inhibition that starts at childhood and is reinforced all throughout adulthood. In that sense it's like being cheated on or tricked into raising a kid that isn't yours; there's a whole slew of things that supposedly make you less of a man or a woman. You just grew up hearing and being told that's just about the worst that can happen to you. In reality it just isn't. As such it should be considered a misdemeanor at best a lot of the time since it's more akin to an over the line prank rather than a a very serious crime when there's no violence involved. For example if you get drunk, pass out and get fucked. You've gotten pranked in a bad way, but it's not a serious crime and you should get over it.

Anal rape is a bit different in that the anus isn't a perfect receptacle for a man's penis like a vagina is. Most women who get raped also get aroused and thus wet so there's virtually no physical harm done. I'm sure not all anal rape is done dry though and in those cases where it's done with some care it's not anything more than a prank that goes over the line of decency. I wouldn't want the person who did that to me to be in prison for years. Just a trip to the police and a fine.
