There are a few points not covered by the media coverage here. Most importantly they don't publish the other emails we sent to the 25 customers that were part of this issue. We have already started the process of fully refunding the incorrect duplicate bank transfer. In addition to that, we have also been refunding any fees incurred by those customers and been in constant contact with them and their banks to mitigate any other potential issues.

This was definitely our mistake, and we are working diligently to resolve it.
