Summary:

  • If women talk with each other, they usually just validate each other.

  • They are not good in defusing tension.

  • They cause unneeded tension.

  • Young women have less social skills than young men in general.

First point is basic. I think it does not need more explanation.

Second point is still easy: Did you ever witnessed a situation that is about to turn violent? Usually, it is a man that calmly talks to both parties and prevents the situation from escalating. Women are usually limited to yelling "stooooooop" after it already got violent. I bet you all know those videos in JusticePorn...

Third point: It is always women arguing about meaningless shit. Look at this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t5qMRZNdlOg The manager got fired later. She got angry because the costumer did not hear her once, so she felt disrespected and got a meltdown. There are many other situations in which a woman causes unnecessary tension. Last point is mostly related to the fact that men are supposed to do the approaching. As a result, many young men are actually able to talk and adapting to a stranger. Some of my female colleagues are stiff as a poker in a professional setting, but are completely different people around me. Female colleagues? They rarely have such a wide range. In work they are semi professional (Like: "I work here, but to be honest I do not even try to get a promotion, I will probably leave in two years than I have kids anyways...") and after work if we have a beer altogether once a month, she is still semi professional. Or even worse: The social skills of a lot of girls is actually limited to chit-chat with each other ("And then I was like waaaaaa, but she was totally like wiiiiii...") or giggling about the stuff Chad said to her. Or the ones with boyfriends... They start to tell a story, and sometimes their boyfriend adds something. In the end, it was 5 minutes of her talking, and 30 seconds of her boyfriend talking, but still all relevant information about her story I got from her boyfriend. It is like she tells the story to people who already know it, and her boyfriend understands what people who never heard this story actually need to know. As I said: Adapting to the view of others is hard for women.

Lessons:

There no real lessons. Maybe that at least young women play life on easy mode and as a result they are convinced of their social skills, despite they would be considered as totally awkward if they would be a nerdy 20 yo man instead of a skinny 20 yo woman.

When people say "Women are good in communicating." they actually mean "Women are good in agreeing with their friends.".

Simpler than that man.

Some are social, most not. Because they don't have to be. Ever wonder why it's only the hb10 that are like talking to a brick? Because they dont' have to. They get 0 feedback to fine tune social adept abilities.

BP guys want to sleep with em, so they don't even bother holding her to account.

When you take it off a pedestal, it's weird. You start to notice just how socially inept a lot of women are, and it gives some validity to the 'looks aren't everything' when you want one for more than a night.

Yup. If you want a good conversationalist who's also hot, I've found girls who were late bloomers to be the best. Ugly ducklings who had to develop a personality and sense of humor before coming out as a swan.

Idk man. I've never noticed a relationship between the looks and social skills of women. Know plenty of 10's with awesome personalities to boot and plenty of 2's that are, as you said, like talking to a brick.

I think you're really overestimating what a female 2 looks like. Girls hit on Chad waaayyy more than guys hit on ugly obese girls.

They are invisible. There's ruins of posts on reddit from former hot girls who turn 40, or gain weight. They have a common theme...

All of a sudden the world isn't peaches, and no longer go out of their way to help anymore.

Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) are all fields where you are generally required to effectively communicate within a team about complex, often highly esoteric, subjects. STEM fields also tend to be male dominated. If men weren't effective communicators, we wouldn't have bridges, skyscrapers, the internet, Calculus, an electrical grid, space stations, etc.

The way I see it, girls have higher EQs on average and are better at inferring emotional context. This isn't the same thing as communication skills. Women also tend to be much more mindful about social status and maneuvering. Another factor that I think has a big influence in this perception is that people tend to try harder to understand what a woman is trying to say, even if what she's saying is meaningless. In other words, people, especially beta men, do everything they can to not make a girl "feel stupid" so they wrack their brains over anything she says trying to extract sense out of it instead of just calling her out for not making any sense.

They are not better. They just lack the ability to think logically, so they are left with feelings.

For example: It is not that the average (redpill-) man does not get why a woman feels like the victim if she cheated on her husband. It is not like a man does not know what this woman wants to hear to get emotional comfort. It is just that men realize that her feelings are invalid and tell her that she fucked up.

I think it's both. Recent studies have found that women have a higher degree of neural connectivity between the limbic system and the neocortex, and the directionality of the connectivity is different, meaning their primal emotions are stronger and have more influence over their thinking.

I like this. Let me add something I've been thinking about lately.

Women are worse communicators because they primarily rely on feelings beneath words. Men, however, take body language and verbal logic in account.

Have you ever listened to women talk about clothing? They'll say ridiculous things like, "This makes your waist look smaller because it has a stripe." And to women, it might. But you can't fool a man. We look at the bodies of men and women more than the clothes. Why? Because we subconsciously realize that sometimes you have to fight people, and it helps to know what you'll have to deal with. Women don't, so they focus on the social status markers, the quality of the fabric, the adherence to current trends, etc. I can tell when a buddy or his girl is gaining weight, no matter what they wear, and I'm sure you can too. Paying that much attention to body makes you better at picking up body language. And if most of our communication is nonverbal, men are primed to understand it better.

I am starting to think that this "women are better at communicating" bias comes from the fact that women are cute. When people come away from an interaction with a young, attractive woman, they will feel positive about the interaction. If someone is fat and ugly, and worse, a dude, no matter how charismatic the guy is, people will like their experience with the clueless young hot woman better. Just the way humans work.

Imagine a hot, shy 20 yo woman.

"Hi" giggles and looks on the ground --> this gives me men-tingles

Now imagine a greasy 20 yo neckbeard doing the same:

"Hi" smiles awkwardly and looks on ground --> this makes me think he has absolutely no social skills
