      It's kind of an extreme way of thinking "I don't care what people think about me." I mean in the grand scheme of things it's better to be that way for your self esteem rather than worrying about every little thing someone could be judging you for.       Probably nothing. Most of the time fetuses don't even notice when the mother falls. They're pretty well protected. If it's a super bad fall directly onto something it could jar the baby badly enough to cause damage but usually falling isn't as serious as people think.

          Irony would be if it were titled "Coolest film ever", and were totally lame. To be ironic, it has to be the opposite of the statement, ideally in a deliberate way. Someplace named the "Dive Bar" that was really expensive and exclusive would be ironically named. It's sort of synonymous with sarcasm. Alternatively it can be like a paradox.
