Loyalty FAQ

How do I receive loyalty status?

After funding your trading account for the first time and closing just a single trade, your Loyalty Status will be activated and set to the starting Executive level.

How is my loyalty status upgraded?

  • Executive level is upgraded to Gold after 30 days of trading
  • Gold level is upgraded to Diamond after 60 days of trading
  • Diamond level is upgraded to Elite after 100 days of trading

How do loyalty statuses differ?

The difference between statuses is in the amount of XMP you can earn as you trade.

  • Executive level = 10 XMP per standard round turn lot
  • Gold level = 13 XMP per standard round turn lot
  • Diamond level = 16 XMP per standard round turn lot
  • Elite level = 20 XMP per standard round turn lot

Is it possible to lose status?

After specific periods of inactivity, your XMP will expire and your loyalty status will be reset to Executive level.

  • Gold status is reset after 30 days of inactivity
  • Diamond status is reset after 60 days of inactivity
  • Elite status is reset after 100 days of inactivity

What is XMP?

XMP stands for XM Points and they can be accumulated over time and converted in to cash, a trading bonus, or even both. As your loyalty status increases, you will be able to earn XMP at a greater rate.

How do I gain XMP?

XMP is gained automatically as you trade. With each standard round turn lot traded you will receive either 10, 13, 16, or 20 XMP depending on your current loyalty status. The higher your loyalty status, the greater the rate at which you can accumulate XMP on your trades, giving you access to more cash and bonus rewards.

What is XMP worth?

As an example, let’s say you have a balance of 1,200 XMP. This can either be redeemed as a $400 Credit Bonus to be used for trading, or it can be redeemed for a $30 Cash Reward that you can withdraw without limitation.

Cash

The maths:
XMP ÷ 40 = How much cash you can get

A basic example:
1200XMP ÷ 40 = $30

What can I do with it?
Withdraw it. Spend it wisely.

Bonus

The maths:
XMP ÷ 3 = How much credit bonus you can get

A basic example:
1200XMP ÷ 3 = $400

What can I do with it?
Trade it. Don’t withdraw it.

How do I redeem XMP as cash?

On the Members Area homepage you can view your current XMP balance and its equivalent Cash Reward value. From there just click on the “Redeem Now” button and you will be redirected to a page where you can specify how much XMP you wish to redeem. Your Cash Reward will be deposited to your trading account from where it can be fully withdrawn.

How do I redeem XMP as a bonus?

On the Members Area homepage you can view your current XMP balance and its equivalent Credit Bonus value. From there just click on the “Redeem Now” button and you will be redirected to a page where you can specify how much XMP you wish to redeem. Your Credit Bonus will be deposited to your trading account from where it can be used for trading purposes.

Are there any limitations?

If you convert XMP to a Credit Bonus, making a subsequent withdrawal from your trading account will result in you losing the Credit Bonus and the corresponding XMP redeemed to obtain it.
