This situation is often compared to parents and chillren lending and borrowing money, which means that there is no loan shark between them. If Japan borrows great amount of money from foreign countries, this will be really a problem and the interest rates on our government bonds will be higher and higher like that of Greece, Spain. The interest rates of ours are still very low. Do you know why? Japanese economy is much more reliable than Korean's isn' it?^^
