Rule Details
1. Post titles should include a question. We prefer that titles be in the form of a question, but if this is not possible, please make sure either the post title or content provides a starting point for discussion. -- Use inclusive language e.g. Not "How did you ladies choose a female name?" but instead "How did you find your new name?"
2. Be respectful. No bigotry (transphobia, homophobia, sexism, racism, etc); no hateful speech or disrespectful commentary; no personal attacks; no gendered slurs; no invalidation; no gender policing.
3. No personal agendas. /r/asktransgender is a place for discussion and is not a soapbox. If a post or comment indicates a personal agenda, their post(s) will be removed.
4. No stirring the pot. Please do not post threads that target a different sub or link to threads in a different sub, brigading, or intentionally creating drama.
5. Minors under the age of 13 are not allowed on reddit. We are required to report members identifying as such to the reddit admins. "Although we welcome users from all walks of life, reddit is not aimed at children, and the United States government has put limits on our ability to accept users under a certain age through the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998. Individuals under the age of 13 may not create an account with us. If you believe someone 12 or younger is using our site without parental consent, please contact us." reddit.com Privacy Policy
6. Please message the mods for approval before posting surveys/questionnaires. We'd like to review the survey before it is posted.
7. Posts with NSFW content must be marked. Posts that center around genitals, breasts, sex, or content you would not discuss with coworkers, your grandmother, or other delicate company should be marked as NSFW.

De-transitioning isn't talked about much here, though I'd imagine it's pretty straight forward. For you, T should get you somewhere closer to where you feel you should be.
If you had electrolysis, you might not grow that hair back. (Laser is permanent hair reduction, Electro is removal, iirc)
You should have the same bottom surgical options as a trans man, and I've heard of one MtFtM who was pleased with their results.
If your breast tissue grew significantly you may need top surgery, but you might try a binder. GC2B is pretty legit.
Vocal Lessons if you need to shift resonance down again, or strengthen them for deeper pitch.
That's all I can think of for now.

If someone was more cis than what they thought, and took hormones & had surgery to reverse what they went through. I happen to be a closeted M2F2M. No reverse surgery (yet, anyways) but as I got into bodybuilding, I used high dosages of steroids, which was quite risky. I blend in with other guys well, these days. As a "woman", some people thought I was just a drag queen.
