I have had a Kiva account for a bit and figured why not put my money where my mouth is. The butters drone on constantly about how bitcoin will help the unbanked poor people of the world because reasons.

Of course they are all idea's men and never do sod all. On Kiva you donate $25 minimum and loan out to a business of your choosing (mine has gone to SEA and eastern europe shopkeepers) who then repay and you can then re loan again and again. Cracked (a website containing mostly dick jokes and listicles) forum regulars have lent over $50k this way. You do not make aany interest on the loans but the local partners do (who also verify people etc).
