I still like the idea of getting the data dump and somehow randomizing the info.. mix and matching first last names addresses, cities etc

This is the best idea I've heard yet. It would totally illegitimize paste bins and even torrents.

Alright have the original dumps and millions of other people do too, this sort of damage control isnt going to work and no ones going to do it in the first place. Better fess up to your spouse or commit suicide. THere already have been several "regular joes" whos spouses have been contacted through the simple search sites that have already offed themselves because their lives are falling apart due to the leaks and how easy it is to identify the users

Seriously, give it up - you just sound retarded. Can we get some professional trolls in here instead of this riff raff?

You sound nervous lol, im sure the dumps were just lazy attempts at "trolling" Im sure the countless divorces and suicides were just "trolling" count to minutes until you get found out because all time is going to do is make this info a lot more organized and easily searchable. You underestimate the diligent work of thousands of people

No, unfortunately for you I am not nervous. I'm just doing my part to show you as the desperate troll you are so no one listens to you - pretty much like how it is in life for you.

Posts are going to be read, whether you soil yourself over them or not is your problem. Im sure as the beacon of truth and legitmacy your say so is very important but sadly no one gives a fuck. boo hoo

Nice ad hominem its a shame sad middle aged men cant concoct a better insult than the typical "your lonley" try harder next time

posting with glee about suicide. stones in glass houses shitass. ;)

You sound very uneducated friend suicide isnt funny but in all seriousness you should try

the whiplash I got from your sentence was fucking impressive. If we could harvest the obvious cognitive dissonance going on in that tiny little brain of yours I think we might be able to power a calculator or two.

this is true, but its the few that are actually going to download the original data content. and most likely the majority of people who were ever going to download it already have. What everyone else is going to do is just continue searching the internet waiting for sites to pop up on the clearnet and search names from there. If enough fake ones pop up then people wont be able to distinguish, everyone can claim to have "THE REAL ONE" and just fill it with fake lists. i think a big portion should be the actual accounts that are really on there but with the names changed and then the addressess changed, and then also adding completely irrelevant names and random emails and addresses to continue muddying the waters. I know there are a lot of people who dislike the supposed "cheaters" but there are many people there who are all for privacy protection and may not necessarily be fighting to help the AM users, but the ideals of people having a right to privacy

If you put up a site accusing random people of having signed up with a cheating service, when they haven't, that's libel.

Those people will sue you and make you their wage slave for the rest of your life.

Exactly, that's horrible. They want to save their asses involving random innocent people.

Let me get this straight, you are trying to save your asses involving random innocent people in your mess?

Yep, this is the best defense--salt the ground so everything is poisoned. If everyone is guilty, no one is.

Part of the reason this is such a good idea is that in order for someone to say they know they have the real data on the clearweb they have to say that they are committing one or more felonies.

      [–]Binders_Full_Of_Men[S] 1ポイント2ポイント  (1子コメント)

The search engine is already up. This is disaster.

This is the EXACT strategy we should all be taking. Anyone that knows how to do this and set up some sites like this should do it. Instead of 37M names around the world we need to load it up with 50M names from the US. That will quiet this down a good bit. Please pass this along to any skilled Reddit guys, please. The ONLY defense to help us is confusion. There is enough doubt out there about what they have and what is real that this could help. Especially the gossiping friends of our wives and self-righteous folks. FLOOD the web with URLs that allow them to look for emails and names of users and they all come back positive or none come back positive or 50/50 come back positive...who cares except that we confuse the entire world (or at least the US...and our SO) as to what is real and what is fake. The VA leak is scary and could be completely fake, we don't know if those are just random names with addresses. Know one knows what your ip address is so put in fake info. If we just do some sites and it always comes back positive then it will help. Agree? Then we all say this is just BS. Can you at least spread the word somehow and see if someone can set this up?

Thank you!! Please please do what you can. I am also going to ask some friends who may know how to do this as well. We absolutely need to flood the Internet with fake sites.

Don't bother loading the database up with names--just make a "search utility" that returns a positive, no matter WHICH name or e-mail address you search!

        [–]Binders_Full_Of_Men[S] 2ポイント3ポイント  (0子コメント)

I'm not a tech guy but I am sure there are whole lot of people who can design this stuff in minutes.

I think our biggest problem is the fact that people who would be tech savvy enough to get this done were probably too tech savvy to be screwed by this in the first place. But man, I'd love to be proven wrong.

Would be great to make the data toxic en masse.....without harming innocents of course....

        [–]Binders_Full_Of_Men[S] -1ポイント0ポイント  (0子コメント)

It's not hard to populate the database with random Facebook names and credit card numbers or addresses. I hope that doesn't happen

Yep. I think it'll be a good possibility that more red herrings will Pop up.

This brings up a point that should concern everyone. Anyone can post anything on the Internet. Doesn't have to be true...

On PasteBin you could take an existing paste, and add people to it. Or just add a completely new list. Now when they are Googled, guess what...

Sure, you could get the initial release and prove that you weren't in there, but would that matter? It's not something on your credit score you can dispute. Anyone can ruin anybody.

How about the people that just outed someone, now get's to join in on the fun...

            Paste

Any tips on how to get a pastebin post removed quickly? There is one that has been up for over 24 hours now. I filed a report on pastebin, indicating that the information is PII and from an illegally hacked databse, but it's still up there.

OK, I did that. In fact, I submitted two reports. Fingers crossed.

I wish that was true. If you go to what's trending there, there are post that have been there for days.

There may be fake ones circulating. That is true. However, there are accurate ones as well. I saw a spreadsheet from a particular state this morning. I know it is accurate because I personally know three people on there (two male and one female) who revealed to me, under confidential conditions, that they were previously on the site and were concerned their names would show up. Unfortunately for them, they did.

The test of intelligence is the ability to discern accuracy from inaccuracy. However, the lines will become blurred at some point.

Your last two sentences are exactly correct. We need to blur the lines as much as possible. Ideally have the media start reporting there are fake sites popping up. That would REALLY be helpful

I guess that depends on your perspective.

From a privacy perspective, I agree with you. However, from another perspective, I want exposure. Hypocrites like Josh Duggar need to be exposed for the frauds they are. Those in high places need to be exposed for the frauds they are, as well.

Seems like there are pros and cons on both sides...

              And they're fake?

              [–]Binders_Full_Of_Men[S] 0ポイント1ポイント  (2子コメント)

probably people trying to put out wrong information there so no one is going to believe the real ones too. Here is how the conversation will go.

Judy (who is not involved at all in AM ) : Hey, did you see my name is on the list for cheaters too...LOL, it's hilarious

Debra ( confirmed AM cheater ) : I know, my name is also on there, this web thing is insane, I don't trust anything out there, this Facebook Instagram, what happened to good old days. What are you doing for lunch, do you want to go out and chat like old times.]

i see, ha, but those lists aren't used in the searchable database are they?

              [–]Binders_Full_Of_Men[S] 2ポイント3ポイント  (0子コメント)

not yet anyways, anyone can design any searchable database. how do you distinguish which one is fake or not

I have considerable resources I could give for a disinformation campaign, pm me with ideas.

The majority of people that find out will be kids that search their parents and tell the other one.
