I submitted information to receive a copy of my mother's birth certificate. She was born in 1909 in Kent Island , Maryland. Her name is Josephine Elizabeth Brown. Her mother's name is Roxanna Brown. She married later Earnest Thompson. Your company has taken out of my account the fee of $64 and the time has expired when I was told that I would receive her birth certificate from Maryland. Would appreciate your response or could you put the money back in my account and I will travel to the Bureau of Vital Records in Baltimore and get a copy of her birth certificate in person? Thank you for your immediate attention to this request.
