And here's the thing about language: if you say "the way this large group of people talks is wrong," you're just assuming that the rules you (and most likely those around you) use are the only set of correct rules. It's like saying people who play Texas Hold'em are playing poker wrong because 5-card stud is right.

And there are complex rules at play. When Snoop says "I be working," he isn't misconjugating, he's using the habitual tense. That tense doesn't exist in your English, but it's used in many languages around the world.

Applying the rules of your dialect to other dialects doesn't prove that you have a better understanding of your dialect (whether or not you do), it just shows that you're unaware of the other dialect.
