I'd like to point out that /u/Intophilosophy himself is the author of the linked article.

It's in the right subreddit ironically.

I gave the goat guy a goat flair, so I'll also give this guy a special flair, so we can better recognize them.

😂😂😂 - I know my my motives. - You dont even know my race. - I came up with that joke and thought hay ...... - I removed it and is now instead in mean jokes - What does that have to do with this post in this sub???

[–]WaytfmModerately Ineffable 0

Wrong comment to reply to. The comment where I pointed out the racist joke is a different one.

A person who believes in beaing logical can not be racist because it would be highly illogical as everything we have is because of chance. Starting from the way we look, think, act, moral strengths, weaknesses etc. Because we had nothing to do with it even if it may seem different at times.

It would be illogical to be proud of or think less of another because of one's or the other's chance.

But Im just saying.

You don't know his race, and he "thought hay"...

His race is "horse."

Look at all of their excellent contributions to reddit.

I don't understand. Is he being self ironic or why is he linking his own article here?

Nothing does not and can not be defined since it does not exist.

They said, right after linking to a definition of nothing on Wikipedia.

Is the op's quoting wikipidea suppose to be a counter argument?

Ok. Now I see clearly that the logic was wrong all along. Thanks for the insight.

Numbers aren't real becuase they don't have wavefunctions.

Here's an archived version of the linked post.

A number is a mathematical object used to count, measure and label. The original examples are thenatural numbers1,2,3, and so forth. wikipidea.

But yah. Ther are naturally ideological.

That's a bot that quotes the best lines used in older posts

[–]WaytfmModerately Ineffable 3

Did you just cite wikipedia by literally only saying the word, wikipedia?

No, he cited wikipedia by literally only saying the word "wikipidea".

But do they have wavefunctions? Real things have wavefunctions.

Numbers are naturaly ideological. Dont you think so?

What the fuck do you mean by "naturaly[sic] ideological"?

Head over to /r/sql and ask them the difference between 0 and NULL :)

If you rephrase the statements it starts to resemble a Who's-on-First routine:

• Nothing is undefinable.

• Nothing is unimaginable.

• Nothing is incomprehensible.

• Nothing is unmeasurable.

I dont understand why all the downvotes?

Because your mathematics are really bad and you write poorly and you're kinda racist.

[–]WaytfmModerately Ineffable 0

Hey, you don't know his motives. You don't even know what race he is. It's unfair of you to call him racist for calling black people and monkeys cousins.

Yes black people are related to monkeys. Atleast according to the evidence that is available to me at this time.

But so are white people. So is all human race. Why can't we just chill and let a joke be a joke. The white biologist would say the same if that is how people normaly greet eachother in a white neighborhood and the joke would still be the same as most biologists believe in evolution. Cant we see it from that angle.

You know what, it just shows how narrow mnded the interpreter is. Relax. I am of a race that is at the recieving end of racism. Im still making jokes about it. Infact many comedians do the same.

All mathematics aside, this guy's gratuitous use of that emoji is frustrating.

There isnt even one reasonable argument that incountered. I am really laughing now cause u dont even know my race. Do I have to post a pic or something?

[–]WaytfmModerately Ineffable 0

If you're going to post overly defensive comments about your racism, at least attach them to comments that call you out for being racist.

So... all seven arguments boil down to the following:

"0 exists. "nothing" does not exist. Therefore "0" and "nothing" are different."

By which I mean that if this argument were false, then your claim would be completely baseless.

However, contrary to your argument, "nothing" exists as a word. Therefore, the two are one and the same, and your claim is completely baseless.
