No but it numbs the senses including feelings of hunger on top of the money mostly being spent on heroin rather then food. You just don't see too many overweight heroin addicts is what I'm saying. More often then not they are pretty skinny.

There are plenty of overweight junkies. It makes you crave sweets. Especially if you mix opiates with benzos (xanax, Valium). I wouldn't be shocked to discover that this group enjoys a nice oxy/xanax cocktail and then pigs out on sweets while nodding off.
