Here are examples of how /u/facehammer comment-stalks me and follows me into different threads to harass me. I believe he is attempting to obtain personal details so as to doxx me and extend the harassment campaign into real life. Note the following only depicts the last few days worth of stalking. This person is seriously unhinged and is going to harm someone.

He most recently started harassing me here when I arrived to defend myself against the constant, endless, overwhelming libel and harassment that /r/EnoughLibertarianSpam subjects me to.

He stalked me into this thread to harass me. When I told him to piss off, he decided to follow me to this thread to continue attempting to harass and antagonize me.

He also admits to comment stalking me here.

I encourage you to review the entire thread to see simply the sheer volume of harassment, stalking behavior, and libel that /u/facehammer engages in. Frankly, despite the inherent disagreements I have with /r/EnoughLibertarianSpam, that thread was a rather good natured back and forth until /u/facehammer showed up.

As I was writing this reply, I posted for help in /r/galaxys4 seeking help with my phone. /u/facehammer showed up, downvoted the thread within a minute of my posting it, thereby ensuring nobody would ever see it, then proceeded to harass me there, too.

I don't know how you would feel if someone treated you this way, but the idea of someone as disagreeable, argumentative, petty, vicious, and vile as /u/facehammer stalking me and harassing me while attempting to cajole me into disclosing personal details makes me think that he is trying to doxx me and expose a connection between my reddit account and my real persona is an extreme violation of my personal safety and reddit's safe-space policy.

I can demonstrate similar behavior, though admittedly not as extreme, regarding /u/IAmJacksBallOfHate and /u/GhostofRFS. Seeing as how both of them are mods for /r/EnoughLibertarianSpam I truly have to wonder how much harassment and comment stalking from /r/EnoughLibertarianSpam the administration is going to ignore before something dramatic leaks out into the real world because these people are absolutely incapable of understanding and respecting boundaries.

I don't exactly make it hard for a determined person to figure out who I am, and I warn you, if any of these persons track me down in real life, I am fully prepared to put them in the ground, and that will be on you for doing nothing about it when you have been warned repeatedly about their aggressively threatening behavior.

To be completely frank, I am mostly worried about them than about myself, because the behavior exhibited by these three is not the behavior of rational, sane persons. If it's not me they finally seek out, it will be someone else, and probably someone less willing and able to defend themselves than I am.

As for the systemic downvote campaigns, I encourage you to review the voting patterns on my comments over the last week. I am the first to admit that I am a brusque and often rude person, but I never would have acquired 180,000 comment karma if I were so universally disliked as the last week of my comment karma would depict.

Note that there are no comments that have not been voted on. Typically, the majority of comments are completely ignored or have at most two or three votes. However, in the last week, all of my comments are either extremely negatively voted (with at least twice as many total votes as I usually get), or have apparently gained enough upvotes to override the downvote campaign. I have no way to determine who is systematically downvoting my comments, but I believe that the admins do.

This week I have experienced several times when completely innocuous and inoffensive comments have been strongly downvoted for no apparent reason which I take as evidence of an organized campaign of sorts, since that kind of thing has rarely happened to me in the last seven (nearly eight) years here.

Again, there's no way I could ever have acquired such volumes of comment karma (not to mention being awarded gold so often it rarely expires) if I were truly and honestly as unpopular as the last week's worth of voting patterns would have a person believe.

Sorry for putting you in the middle of this but it's become a problem that is so distracting from my ability to use and enjoy reddit that I have to wonder if you don't do anything about this, what do the "anti-harassment" and "safe spaces" policy actually mean?

Is reddit against harassment and supportive of safe spaces for everyone except for me and a select few political exiles who hold unpopular opinions? Or is the anti-harassment and safe-spaces policy inclusive of everyone? I suppose that's up to you.

edit: One of my stalkers has made his presence here in this thread. The lack of shame or self-awareness is truly stunning. This is why I am adamantly convinced these people are mentally ill and of extreme danger to others.
