What if the reason black people tend to get shot a lot is that they're always reaching for their sagging trousers and the cops perceive it to be reaching for a weapon?

The solution is obviously Velcro trousers that break away and fall off when the person wearing them starts running. If you're serious about resisting arrest properly you'll buy some.
