There are a few areas where predominantly Muslim cultures practice it, but most do not. And of course, it's a barbaric practice which must be stamped out immediately. But don't confuse a cultural practice with a Muslim practice because there are just as many predominantly Christian cultures which practice it. In fact probably even more. Sometimes culture bleeds into religion, and sometimes religion bleeds into culture. Humans are complicated like that.

You're not wrong, but it's important to keep perspective in mind so we don't improperly characterize people.

As far as I know, no non-catholic school forbids the showing of collarbones, and I know that it's hyperbole, but men are generally placed under equally strict dress codes.

Men can't get pregnant, so it's literally impossible to treat the two the same. I don't quite know which inequality that you're talking about, but if there's an unfair one feel free to correct me on this, and I'll take it back.

And finally, the wage gap, while I have no doubt is still existing, is nowhere near as large as a 25% difference. That figure, again to the best of my knowledge, originated from a study that didn't take into account such things as personal choice, overtime hours, and (apparently, I still doubt this one) women's inferior negotiating skills. Also, although I can assume it'd be fairly easy to bypass, there is legislation (the Equal Pay Act) that strictly forbids paying less for the same work. Of course there should be zero difference (maybe there is, but there's very few ways to check), and we should definitely try to bring that up, but spreading misinformation is the easiest way to make any movement seem untrustworthy.
