I worked at a Jimmy Johns, and while I hated it when people would prefer to be on their phones about things other than getting their food stuff, more often than not, if someone was on the phone, they would rarely be in line. If they were on the phone trying to coordinate orders, that person would step to the side or go to the back if there were more people. If they where talking to people about an order, such as the person who wrote down their order wasn't very clear about it, then I'm a bit more lenient, especially if they're polite. But stuff can change, although in many cases menu items can be seen online. Plus, we do delivery.
