When you see a discussion here which makes you angry, you must not vote in the referenced thread.

Such actions can lead to your shadowbanning, will lower the esteem with which the admins regard this sub, and are just not very nice.

Also, please don't comment in linked threads unless you are respectful and have something worthwhile to say.

A. That wasn't SRS, it was SRDBroke. A SRS member was invited by the guy who got control of the sub, but to call that an SRS takeover is a misnomer.
B. The guy who gave up the sub invited flytape (of /r/conspiracy, bird mask, and vape fame.) and agentlame. agentlame got in first. So not as much a takeover as a scramble for the sub, which agentlame happened to have won.

FatPeopleHate was a subgroup of FatPeopleStories, but I think the difference between them was non-negligibe, wouldn't you agree?

It was handed off to day old alts who then turned it over as I said. It was never up on redditrequest or anything of the like.

Of course not. You cannot forbid participation in reddit via reddit. Really, all that needs to be done is remove SRS and SRD. They are worse than any of the recently banned and quarantined subreddits, and I hate racists/sexists/homophobes, but most of the mods and admins are anyway.
