Basically, this subreddit is the polar opposite of /r/UpvotedBecauseGirl.

Rules
(formerly rule 5) No sexual or romantic attention. Please do not remark on the physical attractiveness of any girl posted here. The point of this subreddit is to look past the girls' appearances and enjoy the cool stuff. Comments focusing solely or mostly on sexuality do not contribute to this and will be removed. Be respectful.
Your link's main attraction must be something very cool or unique, not the girl in it. Uninteresting content with a female as the main attraction is not allowed. For example, a female doing cool, difficult tricks on a trampoline would be a great post. An attractive female plainly jumping on a trampoline would be removed. Ask yourself if this would be cool if it was a male before posting.
Your link must have a girl clearly visible in the thumbnail or have her explicitly mentioned in the title. Although a girl bungee jumping off the Empire State Building would be very cool, if the shot is too vague to tell it's a girl and she was never referenced in the title, you didn't initially click it because of the girl.
No porn or gore. We'd like to keep this a subreddit for all users. Although your favorite pornstar or surgeon may be able to do something very cool, we feel there are better subreddits for that kind of thing.
No reposts. Let's not divide our discussion with four posts of the same girl kicking the same soccer ball. Please, do a quick search to see if the same thing has been posted in the past month.
No covers. Covers simply don't fit. The coolness of the content is too subjective and there's too many out there to be considered unique.
Posts which are only interesting because of the girl in it belong in /r/UpvotedBecauseGirl.
