I lile Bernie, but I'm going to post this all over Reddit when he loses the primary to Hillary

EDIT: Was on mobile. Just gonna leave it like that.

Way too much of my facebook homepage consists of people sharing memes of him basically acting like he's Jesus.

But free stuff with12%increasedcostofliving

That's another thing. I don't think many of them realize (or care) that the cost for all the wonderful free programs is going to come back to affect them.

That's debatable. It's really hard to predict the outcomes of a lot of social welfare programs when you think about externalities. Feed, clothe, home the homeless? Well you maybe get a tax hike or have to reallocate funding, which obviously may increase the cost of living. But now crime drops, police are less burdened, the medical insurance industry is massively unburdened, previous ineffectual programs are eaten up by the new ones, property values increase in certain areas, people are rehabilitated and re-enter society and obtain jobs, incomes and pay taxes, etc.

Or if you're lucky, cost of living goes up, wages go up out of necessity, and now filthy foreigners come here because it's too expensive for them to do anything.

Then by all means regale us with dark tales of how society will collapse when America sheds its nauseating military budget and starts taking its responsibilities to its own citizens as seriously as the rest of the developed world.

Found the guy who's feeling the bern

You feeling it now Mr Krabs?

[–]JUST_MY_OPINION_YO 2ポイント3ポイント  (1子コメント)

Really? Where do you live? (maybe he's more popular in more progressive areas). I'm in rural NJ and none of my newsfeed has any Bernie related stuff.

I live in a blue state, and am a recent college grad so most of them are in college

Sanders seems like a pretty good candidate, but damn, Jesus?

I kid you not. It's more Jesus-y than how they treated obama.

Sanders needs better fans

FTFY

He could just get a good air conditioner instead of getting more and more fans honestly

You know he's Jewish right?

With these hashtags I'm waiting for him to drop a diss-tape for Meek. Bernie + Norm the best presidential combo

#BernieIsBae

It took three edits to do that. Four, with this comment.

Well, that's actually an attractive person relative to his base supporters

is that really just the disabled person section...? kinda confused from the comments

Well, if it were Jeb Bush's or Rand Paul's supporters, the comments would be "hurr hurr, MURICA stupid southern rednecks!"

But since it's Reddit's facorite candidate, of course his supporters have totally real condishuns.

Even if they're handicapped, that's no excuse to be a gelatinous mass of pseudo-human matter.

I can't belive anyone is dumb enough to waste time supporting him, he's way to old to ever actually be elected. That's not even trying to be mean the dude is just to old.

Protip: When calling other people dumb, make sure to check your spelling and punctuation.

Because I'm dumb I can't call others dumb? If theirs one sure way to spot dumb people it's to be dumb your self.

Oh no, go right ahead, just check your spelling and punctuation first. I said what I said, I didn't say what I didn't say.

It can't be the disabled section because there is two well bodied skinny guys in the bottom right.

The one in the red shirt does look like he is in a wheelchair if you look closely. Maybe the other actual human is there because he pushes one of the globs around or has another reason for being there. I do think it's the handicapped section, but it's pretty obvious a good portion of these things handicapped themselves.

[–]A_Flaming_BananaI'll show you a fucking powertrip m8 ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) 0

Well if you count fat people as disabled then yes

It was probably a bunch of people from reddit

The whole Sanders craze is very reminiscent of Obama first term. Look how that turned out.

http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/promises/obameter/rulings/promise-broken/

I voted for Obama the first term because I was a 25 year old idiot. Now I'm a 32 year old idiot and I won't do it again. On the same token, Trump is as or more guilty of the same shit. Then you got Jed and Hilary just running on the nepotism card that has historically won.... Now you got a stew goin'

Do...do you think that guy's name is 'Jed' Bush?

Nah, just a drunken mistake. I lived in Florida for a half a decade, I should know the idiot's name.

Most of them aren't old enough to vote yet, so...

not using #BernDownForWhat

I've seen people advocate for reformists and social democrats, but I've never seen anything as weird as the cult of worship (barely an exaggeration) around Bernie Sanders spearheaded by liberals. Absolutely bizarre.

Idk whatever gets people excited/into politics is okay in my book. These people have way more of an impact on our lives than any musicians or athlete. I get it's not the same thing, and in America we love our entertainment. But it kind of bummed me out that I cringed at this.

And trust, this most definitely made me cringe.

Wow! That is fucking pathetic.
