This has pretty much always been the policy AFAIK. It wasn't something just started in the past 10 years or so. I know when I went when I was 6 there was a guy who was turned away at the gates for dressing up, and this was even on Halloween. Maybe the guy brought in the costume, and changed in the park. Even then I know this is a policy most Disney employees are aware of and enforce pretty strictly.

Disney takes child safety very seriously, a friend of mine had his kid go missing at Disney World and they escorted him into a "War-Games like" command center with cameras all over the park. They found the kid within ~10 minutes.

I got lost at Disneyland when I was younger for about 10 minutes. It was on Main street during a parade so I couldn't hear anything on my parents Motorola walkie-talkies (we brought them in in case we got separated) so I tucked myself into the silhouette shop where we agreed to meet if anything went wrong. Practically every employee in the store approached me and evaluated the situation. As a kid I thought it was weird that employees in a silhouette store came up and asked me my name and some details about my parents, but as I matured I realized what they were really doing. They must train everybody for this kind of stuff.

Police and roads are the two most common "arguments" in defense of the necessity of government. Disney does them both extremely effectively and entirely privately, and I found that humorous.

I watched that one. Basically, guy wearing freddy-cougar-esque mask is using a mannequin head as a pocket pussy, while deepthroating a dildo, all the while making indistinguishable comments. The cinematography is 'peephole' esque, as if the camera were put inside a paper towel roll, which adds to the overall creepiness.

The creepiest part is half way through, when he takes off the mask, and you get a glimpse of a relatively normally guy that you would run into at Panera or something.

7/10 - Pretty creepy.
