Yeah, exactly. Here's the full 2014 Worlds final. The final Nexus (LoL's throne) explodes at 5:30:35.

Fireworks, then you had analysis of the game by the casters over the next few minutes. Then at 5:36:10, the awards ceremony begins (in Korean, but translated by Chobra, who r/dota2 should recognize). LoL's Gabens Ryze/Tryndamere and the head of Riot Korea are there, there's a speech by a professional host/announcer (I like Kaci but she's not a host, she's a reporter). The winning team comes out in their World Champions shirts, one-by-one, meets/gets congratulated by the three Riot big head honchos. They take pictures with the trophy.

They get interviewed, starts at about 5:41:50. (This is 11 minutes after the game ended, for the record). They each get a chance to say some things. I believe Riot gives all of its pro players media training so they at least give better answers. The interview lasts almost 10 minutes, with Imagine Dragons taking the stage and starting at 5:51:20, and then there's a transition between their first song (which is a triumphant one), the players are still holding/posing with the trophy, and their later songs.

So the closing ceremony before the concert started was almost 20 minutes. There was a longer interview, the equivalent of GabeN personally presenting them with the award, time for them to cool off after the game, time for the analysts to do their thing, and then a smooth segue into the concert.

I think this final ceremony at TI5 just felt RUSHED.
