| 1) Content must depict a cringe-worthy situation. (hover here for additional information) |
Cringe-worthy content should be of some sort of awkward or embarrassing social situation, involving two or more individuals (either directly or indirectly). No disgusting or NSFL content please. Keep reposts to a minimum!! |
| 2) Do not post videos of minors (under 18 years old). |
We were all young and stupid once. Kids being dumb is not cringe-worthy. This is a bannable offense. Exceptions may be made for TV commercials, movie trailers, publicized events, etc. |
| 3) When submitting content, use a descriptive title. |
Submissions with generic or vague titles will be removed. Be original... (don't use the word "cringe") |
| 4) Links to Reddit, Facebook, Twitter, Deviantart, Instagram, etc are not allowed. |
This counts as posting personal information, and will result in a ban. Instead - take a screenshot of the content, censor any names/usernames/identifying information, and post it in /r/cringepics. |
| 5) No content that includes or focuses on mentally ill or disabled people. |
This is a bannable offense. |
| 6) Do NOT submit content that is intentionally awkward. |
ie. scripted or fake content intending to be cringe-worthy. |
| 7) No posting of any mirrored content. |

| 8) No mobile links. |
Delete the "m." in the link before you submit. |

Flamewars, drama, excessive hostility, and insults are not permitted. If you see any of these, please report them. |
