Anonymous: If a person has it/its pronouns is it harmful not to use them? I don't think people are objects, and I understand this may be a little damaging. ?
If that human wants to use it/its pronouns then that’s what it wants. If someone asks you to use ‘it/its/itself’ for their pronouns then it doesn’t matter how you feel. When it comes to other peoples pronouns it isn’t about what makes you most comfortable or what sounds right to you, it’s about what makes that person most comfortable and making sure it feels respected. <3
