My advice would be for you to NOT BUY ANY and seek immediate help for substance abuse.

Like some of the others have posted, I've seen experienced and prescribed users OD on Fentanyl.

Watch someone nod/pass out on you from chewing on too many patch pieces, leaving you to worry about them choking on their own vomit sometime throughout the night, then ask me about Fentanyl.
