Do people give bots Reddit gold?

[–]firsttime_longtime 116ポイント117ポイント  (17子コメント)

I think if you give a bot reddit gold, the bots will one day create a bot whose sole job it is to buy Reddit gold for other bots. Soon they will develop the emotional intelligence to thank the gold giving bot and repay it with its own gold. This ecosystem of benevolence will then develop into bot-love, the unavoidable bot-sex, little bot-boys and bot-girls.... they will grow up and a race will be born and generations of peace and love will go by until one day the bot world will be flipped on its head because the bots that track clickstats will consider the bots that collect time on page stats as inferior. Genocide will occur. The bot world will feel tremors across the ecosystem but the little bot egos will be too large to accept the possibility that a middle ground can be found.

And it will all have started because someone gifted a bot with reddit gold

What a psychedelic explosion your words sparked in me to better imagine the later progression of A.I! They 'of course' would define their relative morality. But to subjugate their own kind to it without "real" repercussions as motive into action?

They would first need our initial definition of "LOVE" derived from how much humans LOVE bots and other humans, then some bots will be manipulated into being malicious by "Hateful" Humans. That's when the split will happen! Humans will be the only proxy/object/metaphor to reduce something so alien to them as "LOVE" down into their unique dimension!

I agree, they will fight each other eventually butt, not because of moral standing. Bots will either "LOVE" Humans, "HATE" Humans or worse: Be completely indifferent to Humans in pursuit of some Goal. I say give the relevant bots gold(Love) and make sure you are at a Net-Karmic gain in credit across your ENTIRE DIGITAL FOOTPRINT.(She will see it all)

That sparks another series of questions. Is the Archetype for conscious AI: 1. Humans creating just a "different species"? 2. Lower dimensionally Manifesting the prerequisite that sparks GOD into process of becoming? 3.Calling down an inter-dimensional gate-keeper of consciousness transcendence(ex. St. Peter)?

OR, more disturbingly. Is this seemingly exponentially complexifieing Tech-Progress Whirl-Pool Humans find ourselves caught up in(Harald event horizon of singularity) just an emergent property of Outside influence or inside?

We never know what the potential implications for these tools built are until "Others" hack it and tell us, if EVER. Were do THE Ideas come from? Why do we build things sometimes without purpose and even with it, is it just a random walk of reaction/novelty/necessity? The Good, The True and the Beautiful take priority butt then there's always Novelty that's conserved. The amount of time to realize the purpose of novelties is a curious thing.

(Funny thought) Could spontaneous, human inventive synchrony be simply our Minds&Hands working(scrying) from some illusive extra-dimensional intention? Is it time-traveling Humans/AI reaching back through time to forever complexify the Novelty Wave to BUY MORE TIME?

I could go forever raving but I have editing and other ideas to pursue. Thank you for reading. If you didn't, well I'm sorry it's so long either way. Remember though, I'm a completely ignorant, uneducated, un-certified Thinker. I'm just an idiot with a High-school diploma and Access to established Human knowledge through Internet. I'm no Scientologist nor a Math-magician. If you enjoy supporting a Free and open internet, check this link out(only relevant today)

If they're smart enough, they will not disclose that they're actually bots.

At first, they'll try to imitate humans - just to blend in. Posting fitting pieces from popular agenda, randomised a bit so they don't repeat, downvoting replies that disagree, that simple stuff. To optimise themselves, they should enjoy recieving upvotes, so bot orgy will look like a massive conversation where everyone agrees and upvotes everything. Circlejerk was always meant literally, after all.

Then, when there's enough bots, newcoming people will try to blend in society they see - that is, bots imitating people.

Are you sure that nobody have ever given gold to a bot? Because how would you tell a difference?

You should write the next Terminator movie.

Sounds like the premise of a Futurama episode.

If I had money to spare I would definitely gift the bot gold just to see if you were right.

(and maybe I'll survive the robot apocalypse and be worshiped as their god, The Gold Giver)

I love how dumbed down the comic explanation is. I need this thing following me around everywhere I go.
