Your belief is that children should not be circumcised to continue the belief of their parents. How do you not understand the way beliefs work?

Let's say we go with my belief. I believe all children should be circumcised because the foreskin is as unnecessary as a fish fin, and could get infected leading to the loss of my sons reproductive organs. Therefore, I'm going to go into your community and start showing you pictures of penile cancer, examples of men who have lost their genitals to infection, and examples of grateful men who were circumcised at birth and didn't have to put up with that. Would that be weird and disrespectful because there is already a whole bunch of medical literature out there allowing parents to make informed choices about their health, and because the health and well-being of my children is my responsibility, not yours? Yes.

Those Jews who have "figured this out" do not understand what traditional Judaism is. We do not do things because we feel like it.
