As the moderator of /r/nopear, I formally declare war on /r/pear. For years I have been studying the deleterious effects of pears on the mind, body, and soul of humans. Through my research, I have learned that pears slowly corrode the very basic elements of the human condition. I have seen men descend into madness, strapping young lads wither into skeltal beings, and even saintly priests become Satan's altar boys. I have been clean for almost two years now, and it has been the best decision of my life. I feel more confident in myself with the ladies and I am no longer staying inside my house playing video games and blowing off friends. I am in my first serious relationship with kissing and everything, and it is all thanks to kicking the addiction of pears. I implore all of you to join my side, the truly right and just side, for I will put my entire being into destroying /r/pear. Bewear the pear.
