Is she probably smoking meth? yes. But without more information for all we know she could be smoking some random ass RC. People smoke weed out of fucking lightbulbs there's nothing to stop them from smoking weed out of a meth pipe other than their ability to cram it in there. Drug use isn't some regulated industry. There aren't rules on exactly how and when you're allowed to smoke them. A glass pipe is a glass pipe and even if it's purposefully designed to be used for meth/dmt that doesn't mean it's impossible to use it for anything else. Before hash oil was a big thing people would use meth pipes to smoke it all the time.
