That's not bbq pulled pork. It's pulled pork with bbq sauce on it. There's a difference

Barbecue typically refers to slow-cooking over an indirect heat source with smoke. It's in contrast to grilling, which is cooking directly over high, direct heat. Pulled pork can also be made in other ways (for example, in a crock pot), but technically speaking you're not barbecuing anything there, even if you put a barbecue-style sauce on it.
