Does TRP apply to children? (self.asktrp)

Ever since I accepted TRP philosophy, I've been much more confident socializing with children -- it's very much like a second nature now.

As I said, I do very well with kids, but in particular with girls. I treat them a lot like I would a young woman, but I tend to be more teasing (and playful). If anything, I act like an older brother to them. The interesting thing is that they'll say that I'm "mean" or "evil", yet they always come back for more and want to play with me ("Pay attention to what they do, not what they say").

Thoughts?

Children, much like women, strive to gain the attention of guys that make validation scarce.

It's easier to interact with children because there is nothing at stake - they are simply there for your amusement. That in itself is the key to dealing with women - purpose your interactions such that it is for your entertainment.
